Description

The morel is the most sought-after mushroom, along with the truffle. Morels, like truffles, are rare and their refined taste is what makes them so special.

These dried Morels have been cooked and hand-sorted. Their stems have been taken away so only the very best remains: their 3cm caps.

The morels sold by CAVIAR PASSION are all of the highest quality.

Dried Dehydrated Morels in 50g, 100g and 500g packets.

10g of dried morels is the equivalent of 80g of fresh morels.

EATING

Soak the dehydrated morels for at least 12 hours (overnight) in water 5 times their weight. Remove the morels carefully with a draining spoon and rinse well under cold water: they will then be ready to be cooked. Use them to prepare sauces for hot or cold dishes; they can also accompany meat, eggs and poultry.
