How long is my gift card valid?
All of our e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on our site. You will find the exact date of validity directly on the e-gift card, sent or printed. After this date, the unique code associated with your gift card will no longer work and we will no longer be able to refund the amount paid.
How do I use my gift card on the site?
The unique code transmitted in the e-mail is essential. Then all you have to do is copy / paste this advantage code on the cart page in the same place as the vouchers and click on OK to validate the reduction. Please note, the amount of your e-gift card must be used at once. If the amount of your basket is lower than the amount of your e-gift card, the remainder will be permanently lost.
I never received my gift card, I can't use it ...
All of our e-gift cards are sent by email. Do not hesitate to look in your junk mail if necessary. If you cannot find it or if you have a problem using your code, contact our customer service, specifying the name and surname of the person who offered it to you.
