COLD TRIO OF TZATZIKI, CUCUMBER AND CAVIAR – CAVIAR APERITIF RECIPE

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 50G TIN CAVIAR
  • 2 CUCUMBERS
  • 3 GREEK YOGHURTS
  • 1 LEMON (OR A BOTTLE OF PURE LEMON JUICE)
  •  CHIVESFRESH MINT, PAPRIKA , OLIVE OIL
  • SALT AND PEPPER

THE RECIPE

Here's a simple, quick dish. It's got a wonderfully fresh taste and is delicately different.

First prepare the tzatziki.

Finely chop the mint and chives and fold them well into the yoghurt. Add a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep cold.

Peel the cucumbers and cut into thin slices.

Prepare four plates by making a small bed of cucumber, then a thin layer of tzatziki and finally a spoon of caviar.

Serve immediately.
