  • 12 BLINIS
  • 150G THICK CREAM
  • 200G ROCKET

THE RECIPE

Warm the blinis, garnish with thick cream and add caviar with a knife-point.3 blinis on each plate.

Decorate with a few leaves of green salad in the centre of the plate.
