Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 50G TIN BLACK EDITION CAVIAR
  • 4 POTATOES
  • 50G SOURED CREAM

THE RECIPE

Cook the potatoes al dente. 

Empty the centre of each potato to make a purée.

Add 50g cream and 20g caviar.

Stuff each potato with this mixture. Garnish the top of each potato with caviar.
